Ballasts

Ballasts are critical electrical components that ensure stable lamp startup, maintain normal operating current, and optimize UV ??output.

Introduction

1. Designed specifically to drive standard and high-output low-pressure mercury lamps, low-pressure amalgam lamps, and medium-pressure mercury lamps.

2. Provides a preheat start function, meeting the starting requirements of Amris low-pressure lamps, effectively protecting the filament and extending lamp life.

3. The electronic ballast is controlled by a microprocessor. Each electronic ballast independently controls one UV lamp, with a power factor of 0.98.

4. Maximum operating temperature: 60°C.

5. If any UV lamp goes out, the electronic ballast will automatically restart twice.

6. A data acquisition circuit board monitors the operating status of each UV lamp and transmits this information to the control system. The microprocessor within the electronic ballast adjusts the ballast's output power based on these external signals, adjusting the UV output intensity within a range of 50% to 100%, thereby adjusting the power supply to the UV lamp to maintain sufficient sterilization capacity and optimal power consumption.

7. For special application scenarios, if necessary, ONYX can provide ballast matching and customization services.

啟動方式：預熱啟動。

燈頭接口：適配單端四插針（標準型或安力斯階梯型）。

主要應用系統(tǒng)： EX-Ue系列、EX-U系列、EX-L系列、One-UV系列小型紫外線消毒器。

2、低壓燈鎮(zhèn)流器 (TOC專用)：

適用燈管類型：產(chǎn)臭氧高輸出型低壓汞燈 (發(fā)出185nm & 254nm)。

功率匹配范圍： 85W, 155W (主要匹配EX-UPW-TOC產(chǎn)品系列)。

啟動方式：預熱啟動。

燈頭接口：適配單端四插針（標準型或安力斯階梯型）。

主要應用系統(tǒng)： EX-UPW-TOC系列超純水TOC降解紫外反應器。

中壓燈鎮(zhèn)流器：

適用燈管類型：中壓汞燈。

功率匹配范圍：500w、1kw、2kw、3kw、4kw、6kw、8kw、12kw。

啟動方式：預熱啟動。

燈頭接口：雙端或特殊設計的單端接口。

主要應用系統(tǒng)： Clear系列、Extrem系列中壓紫外反應器，各類光化學高級氧化工藝設備等
